Millefolium, meaning "a thousand leaves" in Latin, refers to the medicinal plant commonly known as Yarrow. Well-known for its wide range of healing properties, Yarrow has been used for centuries to treat wounds, fevers, menstrual pain, digestive issues, and much more. To me, this plant represents not only the rich history of herbal medicine but also the abundance that can grow through a closer relationship with the natural world.
